TweetTom Koso's return to the platform at 220 lbs has progressed well and made a 462 bench @ the American Cup to place Tom number 12 in the country! "I have been away from the big stage for 11 months due to a fractured right radius from benching 485lbs for 5 reps. The comeback has been slow but the progress has been steady.
