TweetI havnt checked the 3x3 out so i dont know what you mean by lower and heavier. But have you looked into Strong Lifts 5x5 routine? its agood basic strenght training routine. Im going to be starting it at the end of janurary. he also gives you the 5x5 program on a PDF file for free.
