T3 doesn't shut down thyroid production like taking testosterone does, it may reduce it. To completely fry your thyroid you would have to use a large dose 100mcgs + for a very long time.

Personal experience, I have never used over 25mcgs a day but my metabolism is very fast. Usually I use 12.5. I have used t3 for up to a year straight just stopped and had no rebound at all. Yes it wasn't a large dose. If you are using 50mcgs plus just taper down and you'll be fine.

I have no experience with these supplements and they may help a lot. I have just never seen anything but a taper down to avoid a rebound.

Also, shutting your thyroid off for good by taking cytomel is a myth. It just about can never happen. You would need to use an excessive amount for a long damn time, longer than anyone would( I would hope).

T3 is great, not just for loosing body fat. If you throw in a small amount in any cycle it helps get the nutrients you take in where they need to be, where you want them to be faster and more efficiently.
I usually use 12.5 with every cycle although sometimes as low as 6.25.
You want to use enought to do what I said but too much cytomel will impede your gains and can strip muscle.
