I do not think it would have an effect on sperm count.

A course of HCG and clomid or nolva would always get me back. But constant use of HCG will suppress eventually.

Stop the TRT for a month and all the other stuff. Then dose HCG at 1,000 iu every 3 days while taking 40 mg of nolva daily.

When my wife got preggo I had been on a 16 week cycle of deca and test. My boys were like marbles in a flat sack. I did the HCG for 18 days with the nolva and my wife got preggo within a month I reckon after finishing.

If this does not do it I do not know what will. Maybe time for a doc.
If only it were that simple for me, Dave Palumbo Protocol in full bore so we will see..

As for the cortisol, it's not the same as the anti inflametory. Cortisol is a stress response hormone I believe and basically we are using it to help with Adrenal fatigue. Most of this stuff would likely not be needed if I was on trt at a decent dose or cycling but with that said when I do go back eventually I think it'll just add and make everything work/function that much better.
Cheers
