yup that will happen with hemorrhoids. when you go to the bathroom knees slightly above hip level. takes the pressure off the corn hole. use some ointment on brown betty to keep it smooth and the lidocaine will numb it some. use wet wipes to keep your ass clean instead of paper. your biggest concern is going to figure out a way to loosen that shit up with diet, exercise, hormones, whatever. recently my estrogen went too low. i got backed up and popped out a stinky blood balloon. its since resolved on its own when i stopped antie/p and increased my aas doses.
