Tweetany specific reason to run letro and dex together? with that combo right there your estro should be zero for one and something i also noticed is that you are taking it eod which it could cause a peak and valley effect. now the letro should keep it tanked but maybe not. and the point on prolactin is spot on. need to get some bloods done just to see if what you are doing is working

yes you are most likely seeing issues from prolactin lol esp with that much harsh suicide anti estro circulating. ditch the letro unless you get a lump man, that stuff is crazy strong and not really needed unless you start getting lumps(imo). if you are just trying to keep estro in check then drop the dex down to .25 ed and roll with it. that should be more than enough to keep estro at bay and add in the prami. you probably want to take the prami at night before bed in case it messes with your stomach or makes you stupid sleepy
