do you use the normal 2 wk buildup prior to going 12.5 eod? that's an interesting method considering it is a build up compound and lasts in the system for a very long time

you need to take this for the duration of your run or just for your build up? bloods are def key but from all the research i have saw and for most people once they finish the build up period they are able to come down to maint at 12.5 for the duration. i realize some require more but just a thought

I actually don't do a load phase, but maybe i'm missing something. Did a decent amount of research and listening to my body and seemed to find that worked best. Definitely could be doing something different though.

Yea imo its the best one, unless you have really bad estro problems and need something stronger, and take caber or prami with 19-nor's. It wont screw up your bloodwork like adex or letro can. It's supposedly to have other benefits too, help with muscle growth etc.. but I'm not sure how true that part is.

TweetOk, im not as familiar with it as the others like nolva, letro, arimidex, i tend to not use an AI unless i have sides. I just started using adex for water thats about it. I do have nolva on hand i should take now that i think about it.

TweetI hate aromatase inhibitors. Well.. They're a necessary evil. I'm sensitive to even the smallest dosages and it will make me weaker in the gym almost immediately, and my sex drive will disappear. It does get to a point where I have to use small amounts of aromasin though because I can get pretty bloated, especially in my legs and it's not a good feeling. The aromasin takes it off in just a few days though, but my workouts will then start to suffer. So.. there is a fine line for me.

I prefer to only use pharmaceutical grade Aromasin, Pjizer brand specifically. It's as good as it gets and when you're as sensitive to it as I am you need to know that it's dosed properly.
