Tweeti would say stick to the dex and hold onto the letro in case you have a lump come up. the dex is going to surpress and kill your estrogen well enough or at least it should. the letro is going to wreck your sex drive if you toss it in and dont need it. the dex shouldnt do that unless you rock bottom your estrogen all the way
