man it is so hard to gauge without bloods being done especially since everyone is so much different. you could be almost exactly the same as another guy same age build etc.... and you may bounce back in a month and he may never bounce back ever. the common rule of thumb though is equal or more time off than on. some of the best indicators though without bloods would be sex drive, energy, over all well being and how easy and well you get and maintain an erection. just look at the symptoms from low t and that's a pretty good guide that it is tanked out. then again you may feel absolutely fantastic and be at the very bottom of the normal range.
