TweetI'm like Pitt, I like to spend on my wife and see her happy. Her weakness is Steve Madden, VS, and Lucky jeans so I tend to fair those when I can. But she grew up on a farm, seriously on a gravel road way back in the mountains, so she doesn't care about shiny things or hold them in high regard. And like Anabolic, I could care less what I wear.

TweetI'm a spender at heart. I believe that if you work hard for your money, and you want nice things, then buy them. There is nothing wrong with that. I don't just go out and buy anything and everything, but if there is something I want, I get it. I treat my wife and step son the same way.

Now with that being said, my wife is in nursing school at the moment and we are very careful with our money and have cut back on quite a bit.


You can find a nice balance between saving and buying whatever you want. Buying what you want doesn't mean going out and spending everything in your bank account. I like being able to get my family whatever they want. For me personally, I don't really care that much. I wear uniforms to work so I just need a few things as far as clothes. I have all I need for my other hobbies (golf, and I've had the same clubs for 10 years).

Tweetgood shoes ,sheets and mattress never compromise for the cheap. otherwise I consider myself frugal. as long as you can justify the expense and it doesn't break you enjoy
