TweetWe have a 24/7 365 gym. Pool, sauna. tanning beds, cross training room and plenty of free weights and selecterized weight equipment.
Just found out it is to become a "Fitness Center" Going to try to run the regulars away because we intimidate people and they don't want
to come there and be intimidated. Asked me if I would consider their Total Solutions diet program to lose weight and become a cross training "fit" person.
Tolld them I have my own agenda and it is not what they want. Was told I would probably feel uncomfortable there and would leave. We'll see

TweetWas going to a Gold's and the owner didn't want to pay the franchise fee and turned it into Signature. Fairly decent and clean. However during a hurricane late last year, they closed for a week due to flooding. During that tme i went t an LA Fitness which was actually closer to home. For a few weeks i was walking right in without anyone saying Boo to me. Felt guilty so i ended up joining. Paid $720 for 3 years upfront and afetr that it is $17/month

Tweetyea baby1, the gym you guys go to is badass!! i wish we had one around here!!! i go to a anytime fitness now...its near work and i workout before work (io live an hour away)...its actually not too bad. the owner is a old juicer so he fights with the corporate insurance company to get perission to ad better shyt....they got 150lb dumbells and fixed ezbar curls....he's getting it up there....
