      thieves are scum of the earth. i would love to see us treat them like they do it the middle east.

      first offense theft under $50 one knuckle of you pinkie finger.

      theft greater than $5K a thumb and a a couple of fingers

      i see the same POS people in and out of our jail on charges of petty theft and shoplifting. now we are seeing alot more organized retail theft.

      just like the people that wont work and consume gov assistance they cost all of the hard working contributing members of society.

      we just keep getting screwed because of the scum bags. expensive health insurance (oh wait i thought it was big med causing that, some but not the root factor remember 10 years ago?) auto insurance, consumer goods, almost every facet of our lives is impacted by scum bags
