You get these from police officers you know and when u get pulled over you hand it to the cops with your license and registration. I've had PBA cards as well. However and it happened to a friend of mine who also had a few cards. My buddy used a card and get off free. A few days later he got pulled over again and tried another card. However the cop knew he was pulled over a few days earlier and did not let him get away this time.

Thats some shitty luck to get pulled by the same cop a few days apart

never had a dui never been in trouble since I was 17 so my life record is spot as clean and my driving record is spotless. I just have a lead foot and thats why he pulled me over.

WHEN I MOVED TO FLORIDA I OF COURSE BROUGHT A BUNCH OF CARDS WITH ME. HOWEVER WHEN I HANDED ONE OVER WHEN I GOT PULLED ON MY STREETBIKE. HE HANDED IT BACK AND SAID THIS IS THE SOUTH - NOT GOING TO WORK DOWN HERE AND HANDED IT BACK TO ME AND THE D.ICK WROTE ME A TICKET
