Tweeti downloaded the DVDs off a torrent site. its a helluva workout. a BB wouldnt want to do it for sure, it is functional strength in athletes. i tried but my joints just couldnt hold up with what i already do. about the same as crossfit

TweetI've never tried it but people i know have and they say that is difficult. Mind you though, these people are also not used to working out for 1.5-2 hours daily so any movement outside walking to the fridge, toilet or their car is alot. The people who have tried it also did not have the "stick to it" committment. These home workouts are all about the committment.
