This couldnt be any more true, if you notice everyone on BB boards is 10-12% BF, EVERYONE. Now come on...10-12% is pretty damn lean and I really highly doubt the majority of these guys are even in the teens. I love it when someone who's talking these stats like 240 12% then eventually posts pics and I'm like wtf? I dont see 1 vein or 1 section of definition in your whole body.
