TweetFat is a killer for me now days! When I was young never had to worry all the way up tp about 30. After 30 had to start watching things and working harder for low bf. After 40....... It is killing me, so easy to put it on and so hard to get off. My mid 30's bulking should have been low fat clean bulking only!I am on the sloooooooooooow road to getting back in shape and may try to push for the best shape of my life!
Don't let fat sneak up on you if your getting older!!!

Tweetblow me fuknuts!! lol....i still believe in the shyt!! i did drop fat FAST! and, with my nutrition being decent, i didnt loose any muscle...and when i say fast, i only took it for 10days!! i couldnt handle the sides, but i came out of the gate too high of a dose and didnt work into it...its awsome shyt though
