      How much protein do you get from food vs shakes?

      I do about 75% food and the rest shakes. I feel I grow better from food over shakes, but get tired of eatting sometimes if I'm tring to get alot of protien down.

      Have been drinking a lot of Ultramet vanilla with a scoop of Myofusion strawberry...Thats about 60 grams of protein. Tastes great too.

      I drink a shake after every meal so 4 or 5 a day,along with a gallon of milk and a carton of eggs a day.and my cholesterol is 120.protein prob makes up 80% of my diet

      I aim for 200 gms of protein per day with 50 gms coming from shakes. I have two per day, 1 first thing in the am and 1 post workout. Both have 25 gms per shake

      prob 60/40..I do like my mocha shakes with cake batter flavor and bananas. Once in awhile ill eat a good lean steak.

      all from food. but then i have cut my protein to keep muscle mass down.

      hell,problly about 70% of mine comes from shakes.goin to a farmers market in the morning to look at prices for cases of eggs,bulk chicken breasts and cuts of lean meats.if not then back to the old Price Club days.10lbs of frozen chicken breasts and a few london broils pretty cheap...
