Tweetsounds like the worst of its over,i tore my bicep this time last year but the rehab made it all well.
Tweet1st thanks for sharing your story. 2nd I'm going to drop the weight a bit and spend some time in the 12-15 rep range to build strength in my tendons and ligaments. I've been ignoring moderate elbow pain for a couple of weeks now. Keep us posted on your recovery
TweetGlad to hear that the surgery was successful, just rest up and get ready for rehab. By thistime next year you'll be talking about how great it is to be painless during your lifts.
