Tweetmost you know i been having elbow probs for a few years...gradualy getting worse...welp, i warm up on chest or arm day like crazy...15mins just warming up that joint. today i did my warm ups and started with incline presses...part of my warm up is also starting very light and working up...80lb dumbells are my last warm up before jumping too 100's....between my 7th and 8th rep, on the way up, something "popped" in my elbow....a shooting pain to my hand. i dropped the weight and it started to swell right away. no bruising, just swollen just shy of a baseball size....now, shoot pains down my forarm to my pinky...hurts like a mother fuker!!! i guess i'm gonna be forsed to really deal with this fuker now...its killing me. my daughter in law (very sports medicine oriatated. has med schooling and was an assistant for prominate sport med doc) said it sounds like the "bursa popped"...whatever the fuk that means it fukin dont sound good...and hurts like hell.

TweetIt sounds alot like carpral tunnel syndrome to me. I went through the same pain several years ago. HOWEVER, it could also be your tendonitis of the elbow. Have a looked at ASAFP if you want to continue training, bro.
