TweetDoes anyone workout with these? I have this tire and lifting it is brutal.You have to squat down low, sumo style and hoist it up. Its much heavier than it looks. Just a few flips and man, you really feel it in your back muscles.
I wonder if I get the number off the tire I can find out how much it weighs. Im sure just the steel in it weighs a lot.

TweetI've tried this and after a short period of time, your body is aching. Not an easy workout but, if you can stick with it, it can really improve just about every body part.
