TweetFlax does NOT have the same amount of DHA/EPA(omega3) as fish oil. Flax is high in ALA, which converts to omega 3 but the percentage is not that great...sorry you flax guys, hate to be a buzz kill..LOL...I take flax and fishoil...I buy the milled flax and throw it in a green drink . good fiber ,Keeps ya regualr
