Sounds good jipped but start to wear this I do . I remember my first sparring lesson my Instructor knocked the shit out of me and I got a black eye and I'mk like this was only practice sparring so we all got head gear helmets
TweetIt's pretty damn loud. removed the stock header, muffler and cat. Put on a 04 R6 header and a supertrapp muffler. I cant tell a difference in performance but I am sure as soon as I get a juicebox or power commander i should pick up several HP. After that its handling mods.
And please excuse my voice, it's real "nasally" because I got my nose broke in sparring Tuesday night and I can't breathe through it.

yeah i have used them before but i have always prefered open face because i don't feel confined in it. but your right. i am not a pro fighter and it would be better to play it safe.
TweetIt sounds just like those banner airplanes that fly over all day.lol...jokin bro.
Damn good looking piece of machinery! I bet it'll let ya hear it now when you get on up into the RPMs.
Some dude was making mid-pipes for '06+ R6 models. It replaces that giant 15lb cat. The throttle response, power/torque was noticable immediately on the R6. The most restriction comes from that damn catalytic. I replaced the slip-on on my '07 R6, and you could hear a slight difference, but no noticable gains. And I just slapped one of those cheap open squid-rider slash-cut pipes on it. So, no restriction there. That one got totalled out. I bought that T-tuner mid-pipe for my next, and current, '08 R6. It was night & day. I still haven't swapped the stock pipe on that thing. Damn...just realized that. Haven't felt that, 'I gotta have it now', tuggin at me. Had to cut that fat cat off with a quickness tho. That's a must now-days. Being bikes are catted. I felt like the bike was trying to breathe thru a cigarette filter. It pulled like it, & sounded like it too. Now it pops with the throttle. And carries a sweet scream up to 16 in-a-half thousand RPM. You could hear the chain over the engine before.
I've neglected the hell outta my bike. We have a date this morning though. That thing hasn't even hit 3k miles yet. Time to blow the cob-webs loose.
This time of yr is fun. Lots of tourists to ride with, or show 'em places to ride.
"Follow me." Home-field advantage.
Did you check for a street baffle in that slip-on, jipped?
Tweetyep, i have a GYTR muffler off a 09 R6 i can put on but i need the back pressure of the supertrapp with the 12 disks as i dont have the programmer. once i get one should give me 10-15 HP. cant wait
TweetHave you tried it without the backpressure?
A full exhaust usually doesn't effect the tune, or warrant, the need for any re-map/tune/or power commander. It's always just made them run better. It's probably getting pickey on these later models though.
Go Bizazze! That thing kicksazz!
Only $999.99 Get yours today!
Let me know when you need my addy to send mine. oh, & a Two Bros Carbon-fiber slip-on will sound great!
And, if you're still in the giving mood jipped. I guess a set of track tires will be okay.
man...what a guy!
lol

TB are expensive. they are damn nice though. here is 1 and 2 gear run short shifting at 8-9K rpm.
Tweetsounds good!
You could really get acquainted with that bikes balance points at that spot.
