The History Channel is Worthless
TweetLast night while I was trying to fall asleep I was watching the History Channel. I never usually watch it because it is nothing but left slanted biased bs. Well, last night's show reached new heights. It was about the Shaw of Iran that Jimmy Carter forced into exile and afterward discussed Mao Tse Tung, the Chinese dictator who was responsible for 30-70 million murders.
First they were explaining how evil the Shaw was and how cruel he was to his people, which is all false. The whole thing was staged by the Carter administration and the CIA to get the people angry or make it seem that way because everything was staged. I can't believe they would make such a documentary about a good man who is dead. The Shaw of Iran actually embraced freedom of religion and the western culture. He was even friendly to Israel. There were no terrorist groups and he was trying to prevent Russian communism from taking over his country. Ironically, the documentary said he was working with the Russians, which is a blatant lie. The Shaw's top general later wrote a book detailing everything.
Then they went on to talk about Mao. This was about to make me sick. They claimed Mao was an iconic leader working to give the Chinese a more prosperous life. They said he did not want a revolution but that is what happened. Mao was responsible for more deaths than any dictator in history short Genghis Khan perhaps.
And speaking of Genghis, there was a magazine recently (maybe Newsweek or National Geographic) praising him for reducing carbon by killing millions of people. They said he wiped out over a third of the population which resulted in helping to preserve the planet. How much more insane can the left get. The left is the most ruthless, disgusting people on earth. I wish Democrat citizens would wake up and realize the level of insanity their party supports but it won't happen.

TweetDon't get me wrong, there are some good shows on there but if they have anything whatsoever to do with politics they are extremely skewed to the left and entirely false in most cases. If you find the channel educational just realize that it is most likely not an accurate account. The other night when I watched it however, had to be the worst case of bias I have ever heard. It is extremely unfortunate that they would try and convince people that the Shaw of Iran was a murdering tyrant who despised freedom. It was even more disturbing that they held Mao Zedong in a positive light. I don't think most people even know who Mao is due to lack of real history classes in school these days but he was as bad or worse than ****** if it makes any difference. Mao killed or had killed up to 70 million Chinese citizens while in power, and The History Channel hailed him as a good man, a revolutionary, attempting to help the poor citizens of China through a civil war. Not surprisingly Wikipedia makes it sound as if he was a good leader, though it does mention his rule is heavily debated. I like my history to be accurate and without obvious bias, which rules out the History Channel and most of Wikipedia if it has to do with political history. As for Time Magazine, well, it's as disgraceful as Newsweek, which sold last year for a dollar if that's any indicator of how pathetic of a magazine it is.

TweetYeah that was a good show. Like I said, there are some good shows on there but if it has to do with history or politics I turn the channel. It ticks me off to no end to hear blatant lies about history that I have thoroughly researched and source checked. It is left wing madness. The left is taking over the country and acquiring control of the tv stations is a huge part in their plan.

TweetYou are correct. Ron Paul is the only one in politics who understands that and isn't afraid to say we need to get rid of the federal education system. The federal government should have no involvement in education whatsoever. As I've always maintained, anything the fed is involved in goes down hill fast.
