TweetI try to get into the habit of eating small meals like every 3 hours so that my stomach shrinks. When doing this, by the third hour I am starving. If i go to bed hungry I end up getting up half asleep and mostly eating some PB on a protein bar and milk.
Tweeti used to get up and slam a casin protien drink...after 6mos of doing that i decided it wasnt worth the money...i put on no more weight when i did that
