Tweeti have some superpump250 that i take every now and again and it's alright. I mostly just like a kick before workouts don't really need all the other stuff and most of them have so much sugar. I got some hydroxycut hardcore RTDs for real cheap and im gonna try half before i start hitting the gym

TweetI just workout after having my morning coffee. I've never even tried any of those drinks. If I don't have enough energy of my own to workout then something else is wrong with me. Not enough sleep, not eating properly, something.
I have nothing against these drinks or anyone that uses them for a little boost but when I'm feeling right I have some really intense workouts. Save alot of money also. lol

i agree and i have great w/o's without 'em too...but it takes it up a couple notches with them, there's no doubt

Sorry to get off subject a bit, but how is the business doing? I remember reading the thread where you were still building the office and what not, but I don't remember ever hearing anything else about it. I may have missed it.

TweetYeah I had updated a topic on here showing progress pictures. The shop is doing very well and we have had a huge welcome to the community. Getting call in orders for smoothies and supplements are doing very well. I have only one competitor in a 30 mile area. They only sale Herbs and Health Food. Very few supplements.
