Girlfriend stuff..LOL
TweetI try to refrain from posting too much about my personal life on here. But what the hey...About 2 weekends ago, my GF(Now ex GF..lol) was studying for a personal trainer cert and I told her I would leave her alone that weekend so she could get ready for the test. Well, then she started telling me how much she missed me and wished we could still get together for a little while, blah blah blah. She lives about 45 minutes away.
So, I call her and said we would go to lunch and catch a movie. She said "Oh thats great, I cant wait to see you" Then I said I would take my dog to the park near her house while she got ready and that we would take a little study break and see a movie after lunch, then she could get back to studying. The minute she heard my dog would be going along in the car, she turned into a serious b I T C *..Like a split personality almost....now mind you, my dog is very clean, very cool and can hang out in the car for hours while we go to movies, etc...He has gone with us on dates before and was NOT a problem....So , I tell her that we really shouldn't waste our time on a relationship anymore if she cant accept that i have a dog(everybody loves my dog). She then started going off on me about bringing my dog along on a date and she started getting mean, so I hung up. Then she starts ranting to me thru text messages and trying to put me down, so I called verizon to block her from texting me. I lifted the block a few days ago, just out of curiosity and now she is texting me saying "I know you dont love me anymore and are seeing someone else" LOL
So, is there any reason at all to keep a relationship going if the person doesn't like your dog?

Tweetlol..wow...never heard of a relationship going south over a dog. but...i have heard of it going sour over a kid and some people view their pets as kids, so i guees i can see it happening.
i dont see it working out if she dont want to be around your dog and you want him involved that much in your life....time to move on in my opinion

TweetIt wasnt like the dog went along all the time. There were other issues besides the dog that I was looking to get out of the relationship, but her attitude about the dog was the final straw and a good enough reason to terminate the 6 month relationship.
OMG, now she is calling me this morning. I am n ot answering the phone..Honestly, I have enjoyed being without her. Now I dont have to answer to her and explain my whereabouts 24/7. Awwwwww now thats nice.

TweetHell No, there is no reason to keep her around. If ANY girl I dated or was married to couldn't deal with my dog then she is gone. Your dog will be more loyal to you hands down than any woman could ever be 100% of the time. Dog's are awesome pets and even better buddies.

She claims she never dissed my dog, I miss you, blah blah blah...Honestly, Ive lost interest in her and have already been dating again. She probably just didnt like getting dumped and now wants to be back in control.
I think most of the guys on here are happily married and have kids. I dont expect anyone to understand what life is like being single..lol...It has its pros and cons.
Weird how we can really like someone and then lose that interest and not even want to be around them anymore because of their bad behavior. I should have left her # blocked. Seriously.

TweetI understand single life perfectly~!! And if they can't handle my dogs, well, its part of the package, either you take it all, or nothing at all~!!! My Dogue de Bordeaux goes with me about 70% of the time, everyday to my office, but on a date I can't leave him in the car, not here in AZ anyway its way too hott.
