, Arizona Sheriff Paul Babeu contends that President Obama is “undermining the rule of law” by blocking the border enforcement needed to stop Mexican narco-terrorists who are freely operating inside the United States. The sheriff of Pinal County, which borders Mexico, Babeu says his men are outmanned and outgunned across a large area the federal government has conceded cannot be defended.

Well, you want to end these wars between the drug cartels and stop them from coming over the border? LEGALIZE THE DRUG!!! Focking idiots. Save billions of dollars a years and stop people from getting killed every day. Legalize it and they have no incentive of bringing it here. Man, I swear, some of these "problems" have such easy solutions. It's something like this that just pizzes me off.

I don't agree with legalizing all drugs, but we can disagree. As for the sheriff, its nice to see someone speak up and speak out about that BS. Unfortunately, I think he probably won't last much longer in that office after taking such a public shot at the pres. Too bad. I hope this statement has some positive effect in Washington.

uhg...I don't wanna stir this pot of shit at all, but stray does have a point. All ya have to do is take exhibit A: Alcohol. For instance. Alcohol, scientifically tested, and proven, to be the most harmful substance on the human body. No rec drug even competes with the damage of ethanol/alcohol on the organs including brain. Alcohol kills every living organism it comes in contact with. It pits the brain as well, because of the way it eats away at cells. But that's not the ultimate point. The real "Exhibit A" is prohibition. Take a look at the prohibition and what that did to the alcohol trade. Because, just like drugs, people are going to have their alcohol. Especially the addicts/alcoholics. The prohibition brought nothing but very hard times to those in the alcohol trade. The alcohol market became a bloody, violent, and messy business all because of the status of it being illegal.

There is no better example of the scheduling of drugs, and the violently negative effect of prohibition than the alcolohol prohibition. It didn't work with that substance. It isn't workin with others. Prohibition only brings violence into a trade, along with other negatives which would otherwise be positives if legal. 1 example of positives, nicotine. Nicotine useage is at an all time low, and dropping annually.
And, there's that whole, "who has the right to decisions for your own body" issue.
