Now, before anyone jumps to agree with this in the name of protecting our homeland and military overseas, please hear me out. A citizen of the United States is granted the right to a fair trial by a jury of his peers. However, in the name of terrorism our President can authorize American terrorists to be shot on site. This will have the support of many Republicans I'm sure, who claim they support the Constitution (but really don't even understand it). But try and think what would happen if the term terrorist becomes more broadly interpreted and is applied to all sorts of Americans who may or may not have anything to do with real terrorism. This is treason plain and simple, which is grounds for impeachment, though that will never happen. We are witnessing a dictator being born in the land of the free.

How does that work? Do American citizens maintain our Rights abroad?..We loose our rights as far as other countries see it. For the most part. Do we now loose our rights, even with our own president now too, while abroad?

What this new executive order grants the president is the power to order assassinations of Americans who suspected of being engaged in terrorism. I surely don't mind seeing a true American terrorist killed, but it should not be the order given. Such as when President Bush said Bin Laden wanted dead or alive, this president can order that to American citizens, without any trial to prove their innocence or guilt. But how good of intelligence will their be in these cases? How do we know if they are terrorists or not? Bin Laden is a terrorist and always has been. But the matter is different if its an American because they deserve a fair trial unless they are caught in the act of doing harm. The list of terrorists isn't always going to be correct. I have no sympathy for any terrorists whether American of foreign but we can't always be certain they are a terrorist, and what countries will we seek out to kill those suspected of terrorism. What if its a mix up that someone's name gets on that list and then they are tracked down and killed? Glenn Beck did an entire show about this the other day and showed the authorization. I am still reading about it to understand the issue more clearly, but it sounds very dictatorial. If Bush would have done this there would have been outrage. However, surprisingly MSNBC of all channels had two people on discussing this the other day and both said it was unconstitutional of the president to have this power. That is pretty strong coming from MSNBC.

Think about what's lead up to this. He, Obama and his henchmen, refuse to call it like it is. (terrorists, war against them, etc...) But he will not hesitate to call out the American citizen for being, an American citizen and constitutionalist.
Very scary stuff! That whole bunch is scary.
Man, what I would give to see these Marxist educated on rights and morality by the men that founded this country. They would argue with Jefferson, and attempt to tell him how incorrect he and his Constitution are.lol...what a bad document it is, and how it ties the government's hands. Oh, that would be somethin...The Founding Father's literature, lessons and form of government nailed down by those that made it abundantly clear for everyone after them. or, so they thought. They tried hard.
