Well, my backstory is I've been a baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad boy lately, and was on the fast track to becoming a fat boi again. So, with my 3 day weekend I re-introduced myself to the gym, and pretty much got my diet in check. Today I was invited to some bbqs, but since the invites came from my friends who'd be eating unhealthy stuff n' drinking booze, I said "no bbqs for me!" Instead I went to the gym, set up my supps for the week, mixed up some gh, [lol] and did some laundry. But I do have a nice steak going together for me, so it ain't a total loss.
