TweetHave you heard the Republican Senator that said recently in a meeting the President said he does not want to fix the border issue because it would hurt his chances of passing amnesty? The Democrats and the administration are denying this of course, but the Republican Senator did another interview yesterday with Fox and said he stands by it. The issue is pure politics, and the Democrats know that the America hating illegals will vote Democrat if amnesty is passed. Therefore, if it is passed Republicans will have a hard time winning seats, and the President may end up with another term.

I have never felt so sad for our country in my life as I do now. Anyone who has read Atlas Shrugged can realize the parallels are staggering, but let's hope the ultimate destruction does not occur. Never has our country been more at risk than it is now. I don't know how there are still those who are asleep or naive enough to not realize what is going on around us; that our country has been infiltrated by Marxists who seek to destroy everything America stands for.

Unfortunately that is the case with a lot of employers. Personally I would not partake in it but that's just me. I would rather pay American citizens to work for me, and especially in these times when unemployment is at 10%. We do have a large illegal population though here in NV. I remember when my friend was having his in-ground pool put in and realized that the crew was most likely illegals. He called the manager of the pool company and said if any illegals were sent to his house the next day he was going to call INS and also hire a different pool company. The next day he had a whole new crew.

TweetMost other countries around the world, especially in Europe, have laws that forbid hiring foreigners. The company has to prove that no citizen in their country can do the job they want to hire a foreigner for. I looked into moving to costa rica. I could own a business there but can't work at it. If u owned a restaurant and the inspectors see u clearing a table they will fine u.

we try to...the americans we get lateley just dont want to work....Pay them $28 an hour with good benefits. Thats pretty good money considering we average 50 hour a week. Always end up hiring some mexicans(they get same pay), who have documentation...im sure alot of them have fake papers, but tits sad but true...american kids dont want to make an honest living anymore...they would rather play video games

Man, I go to the Dollar store here and they all shop there. Many many many times I see illegals pulling up in brand new BIG pickup trucks. They have the Ostrich cowboy boots, cowboy hat, a hot looking chica in skin tight jeans. He doesnt speak a any english and you say "Damn, he got game"..hahaha

I'm assuming that's union work? Something's bad wrong when you can't find good help at $28.00 an hour. I mean something is REALLY wrong. I bet it has to do with the fact that it's a union too because I have never seen a private company that pays that well and have trouble finding good help.

As a matter of principle I do not give businesses my business if they employ illegals. If I walk in a Subway for instance and there is no english speaking employees I simply walk out and never return. I don't give a damn what the reason is for hiring them. I don't care how hard they work or how many kids they have to feed. Don't break the law next time, because for every illegal here there is one less intelligent, honest, hard working foreigner who was denied through the legal process.

She's been trying for her citizenship, the correct way, since she moved here. They even denied her to come back to the States, once, after a visit with family over in England.
We had a heck-of-a conversation about the illegals. Our government is fighting for their amnesty while she's been fighting for her citizenship the way that it's written. step-by-step. 16-18yrs...yeah...she gets pretty heated about the illegals that just do it illegally, and get covered by our government while she struggles to make ends meet, etc, etc...
