"I'm telling you, once your car's been stolen, it never runs the same again. It's like a guy sleeping with your girl. He leaves his mark all over her."- Drama (Entourage)
Tweet'Under a green sky'. It's about mass extinctions of the past and how they correlate to current climate change. It also talks about the paradigm shift from gradual extinction hypothesis to instant extinction.
I'm also going to read 'To Have Or To Be' by Eric Fromm . That book touches upon current human materialism and possessiveness and how humans need to learn to experience nature and things rather than possess.
TweetTHE PALIN BOOK IS A GREAT BOOK AND DICK MORRIS NEW BOOK ALSO

TweetI like to read, but just can't seem to find the time. I like read to about ancient civilizations and cultures. More into European and Middle Eastern histories. The ancients and they're accomplishments are incredible.
TweetHave you ever read Plato's 'The Republic' ? If so it's a good read. Not the type of book you can fly through, but very very compact with information. His assertions to what lies in a true "just" society is meticulously assembled and analyzed. Definitely one of the most influential books in the last few thousand years.
TweetI meant if not it's a good read, not if so it's a good read. Damn no edit button...

TweetThe Bible, just finished The Shack, got some friends who love this book The Primal Blueprint.
TweetWhat's 'The Primal Blueprint' about?
TweetI am always reading a few books at a time. I listen to audio books while driving and read on my kindle at home. Currently, I am finishing up Atlas Shrugged, which is the best book I have ever read. I am half way finished listening to the audio book of "A Patriot's History of the United States." This book is excellent. It is 40 discs on audio so it takes some time but well worth it. 1984 by George Orwell is a great read and one of my favorites. Any books on Austrian Economics are worth reading if you are eager to learn more about economics and politics. "WE" is the next book I plan to read, along with "The Fountainhead" by Ayn Rand. All of Rand's books are worth reading if interested in philosophy and if you enjoy some good fiction books too.
Government is not reason; it is not eloquent; it is force. Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master. George Washington
I do not condone the use of, nor do I use anabolic or androgenic steroids. My participation on these boards is for informational purposes only. I have done extensive research of AAS and enjoy discussing them for role playing enjoyment.
TweetI've read anthem, we the living and the fountainhead...all are GREAT books. I have atlas shrugged right here, but the shear size of it is intimidating me. I know its considering to be one of the greatest books written. fountainhead is top 3 for me so far.
"howard roark laughed"
TweetI cannot convey strongly enough how great Atlas Shrugged is. If everyone would read that book I really believe the world would be a better place. Don't let the length of it intimidate you, once you start reading it you won't want to put it down. I can't wait to start on The Fountainhead, which I have sitting on my nightstand waiting to be started.
Another book I am going to read is The Road to Serfdom by Austrian Economist F.A. Hayek. I hear that is an excellent book that sheds light on the grave danger of the path we are headed down. Ronald Reagan said Hayek and Mises are the two people who had the most influence on him changing over to a Republican from the Democratic Party.

Tweeti've read thousands of books, i have a huge library, here's some from the last decade that are interesting fun reads and thought provoking to boot
The Tipping Point by Malcom Gladwell
Freakenomics by forget name
Murder in Brentwood by Mark Furhman................the world works in mysterious ways, lol, classic tale of past present and future and how certain personalities and forces at certain times influence major events...................
TweetI hadn't read a good book in a while.
The best 3 that I've ever read though were:
"Body For Life" by Bill Phillips
"The Autobiography of Malcolm X" by Alex Haley & Malcolm X (read this book in both high school & college before buying it. There is so much more to the man than the movie explained.)
"Live Your Dream" by Les Brown (Brown is a great motivational speaker and ex-husband of Gladys Knight. This is a killer book that's very inspirational.)
