TweetI cannot convey strongly enough how great Atlas Shrugged is. If everyone would read that book I really believe the world would be a better place. Don't let the length of it intimidate you, once you start reading it you won't want to put it down. TweetThe Primal Blueprint is basically about basing your diet on a caveman type diet. Its pretty interesting, I have a couple of friends who are all about it. The dude who wrote it is pretty ripped, and so is his wife and they are both in their 50's.
