TweetI hope you find him and if he gets picked up, who cares, fifty bucks is worth getting him back.
TweetI usually let my bulldog out when I wake up. It's about 30minutes before sunrise, so he usually just does his business and gets back inside to eat. Well, I got my daughter ready for school. Still no sign of him. I just got back from taking her to school. Still no Crash, my dog. My daughter was even worried. I have cruised the neighborhood looking, checked the highways that run north of, and south of, the neighborhood and nothing. (which is very good), know what I mean.
ugh...he doesn't do this. I'm getting worried. I hope he didn't get picked up either. That's $50 I don't wanna flush. Hopefully he'll show back up.
He's fixed, so I don't think a female in heat would get him all messed up.
man...I don't know what to do???

Tweetyeah, I know. It'd be better than the worst that could happen. I just got back from combing the neighborhood again, and still nothing. Maybe he did get picked up.

Tweetyeah. He's fixed. That's what I thought for a sec too, but remembered about him being fixed.
He's just never went like this before. We haven't had him a full year quite yet though either, so this might be a first time for a long stroll. I really hope that's all it is.
My daughter didn't want to go to school because she's so worried. She wanted to look for him too.
Tweetahh dang it that sucks. He will be back. Get on the phone to the local dog pound and give them a description of him. They will call you if they pick him up. Call the newspaper right away so you can get a lost dog in the classifieds by tomorrow...it sucks...all you can do is walk around hollering his name...ive had it happen several times with my dog...scary...2 weeks ago he was gone for 5 hours and came home. Good luck
TweetThanks Dzone. I called the pound several hours ago. The girl was very helpful. I called the animal control beach division. They're going to call if they hear anything. I've got a couple of listings already set to run, and the girl at the pond told me how to go on their website and check for him. They keep real time pictures and info of dogs they get. He has a computer-chip, so he'll make it back to us so long as the pound gets him, or someone honest.
If someone grabs him thinking they have a good looking bulldog...well, they would, but they would learn something about him right quick. He can be a handful, but allot of people just chain dogs to something outside, or throw them in the backyard and that's the dog's miserable life. I pray that doesn't happen to him. He's a sweetheart, and a great dog. He's a good boy. He's very loved too.
This is killin me. I can't even think straight. There's still no sign of him. I've searched all over. I'm really getting worried.
Tweetmy damn beagle used to catch a trail and wander off....gone for 5 days once..an elderly couple found her on a holiday weekend and couldnt call the vet for the pet chip id..glad she stopped doing that...hopeyou find him man
TweetYES!!! I just found him at the shelter!
I gotta go bail him out. ahh...thank goodness.
He's the 1st dog listed as Pit Bull. They're reluctant to put that, you can tell. They list them as "American Bulldog mix, bulldog mix...His head is very Pittish.
I'm so glad!
Tweetgood deal...atlaeast hes ok

Tweetyes sir! I'm so glad. The whole family is happy again. He is cared for. I didn't realize how much i care for his crazy ass. He's a champ though.
When I got to his cage, that was the first time I've ever seen that dog looking depressed. He was all down and out lookin. He wasn't barking, jumping up on the cage and raising hell like when we got him. He was thinking, "damn. I had it made, and now I'm back in the slammer.'lol...We're just happuy to have him back dafe and sound.
Tweetoh. and it didn't cost a dime. No cost if you pick 'em up within 24hrs.
That's nice.
Tweetglad you got him back. I used a pellet rifle to train my rotti and my Pit not to leave the yard- works like a charm
