TweetWow thats such an excellent thing to have 24/hr accesss...You can get freakin huge and ripped that way. I so miss having my own stuff. My office is across the street from a huge gym, but its still not as cool as being able to work out 5 or 6 times for real short and hard workouts...nothing better imho...its the best

Awesome machine to have at the house! man, just being able to have those exercises at the house is huge.
TweetYea I like to do them first before squats to wear my muscles out before I do squats. My knees aren't what they used to be and doing heavy squats first kills them.

TweetI won't do regular squats anymore. It's been years since I've done 'em. That exercise takes a toll on my knees, back and base of neck. I can do hacksquats and leg-presses without a problem though. Front squats are no problem either, but I like the hip-sled and hacksquats.

TweetI too haven't done regular squates in many years. I was a baseball catcher in HS and college and my knees are shot. Don't know how the pro's do it. Doesn't bother me to do leg press or hacks though
