      So I had neck surgery Sept 24th.... I know back before May I was in here a lot and working out getting ready for summer. I had explained my previous absense cause by a Herniated Disc. Well I had 3 flare ups. 1 time before our Mexico Trip. And then 2 more followed.
      I had enough and started talking with surgeons. Found one that had been doing neck surgery for 20 years. So now for about 3.5 months I have been pain free for the most part. And I have finished my project I was telling everyone about!
      So now is the time to stop abusing my body eating shitty food and get back to healthy living. I have actually lost about 7 lbs in the last few weeks. Goal is 185 and maintain. I am 202 now. I can loose 15-20lbs in 2 months...Just got to get with it.

      Little nasty in the pic. But you can't even see it now...

      Thanks guys and gals! I am running 2 miles a day to shed the weight. When I hit my goal of 185 then I am going to start adding more weight to my workout and hope to be around 200 and 8% or less of body fat...
