I looked at that one. My daughter so young, she's still to small for 37"(adult size). She needs that little Rossi or Cricket. And she doesn't like the pink. I showed her all of them online. She picked the black/blued or black/ss.
But, she's getting a Wii, and I found the Barbie bike with the little bicycle on the handlebars for a barbie doll today, finally. That's what she wants, and everybody's been sold out. I grabbed it and have 'em holding it. I couldn't ride it on my R6.

      My daughter is 19.
This Thanksgiving she asked to shoot some 22s after dinner as that is kinda family tradition. I brought the little Beretta Mod. 21-A and the Ruger 10-22 carbine.
We had a blast and it reminded me of the first time we shot together when she was 6.
Some may think that a 6 year old is too young to shoot.
The lessons learned about safety, marksmanship and traditions of excellence have stayed with her... she's an A student in college now.
Full scholarship and no signs of impending drug meltdown.

      Considering her peers...that's an accomplishment.
      Did shooting help her?
I'm not sure, but she did ask to shoot...
and hit a bullseye on the first shot!

I agree. I think that strict gun etiquette, and certainly, that kind of time spent between father and daughter, or son, is absolutely critical to their values. The time spent is proven beneficial. extremely beneficial. It's a must. but i do believe in anything that requires strict discipline for instilling good values, and foundation for values/morals.

My dad was extremely strict when it came to gun etiquette. You never look down the barrel, or should anyone else see down the barrel of your gun. as in it should never be pointed towards anyone. One of his quotes. "Unloaded guns kill the most people." He kept it simple for when we were little guys. but he was preaching about the accidental shootings with "unloaded guns". That's why I can't stand to be muzzle swept to this day. I don't know anyone that likes it, but I've watched people not seem to mind. I'll speak up, wheather it's in a gun shop, whatever the case, and always the same answer. "It's not loaded." says the jackass with the gun. Works with guns, and has shyt for brains. That line grinds my ass. Aggravates the hell outta me. "duh, it's not loaded." oh okay, in that case just wave it all over the place.
They're everywhere. Gun shops, ranges, public safety. I watched a chief of police point a Glock right at a reporter on youtube. It was a Glock that had a "kaboom", so I guess it was okay to point it at people. The trigger was blown out of it, and so on, but still! I bet people see down the barrel of his guns at the range all the time, cause you either are extremely conscious of it, or not. No matter if the gun is disabled, unloaded, or loaded. Ya don't point it in anyones direction.
okay. I'm done going off on that tangent.
