So, I think we should drop the date that we're going to do a run. Because I have a piece of paper @ 21' from my first outing with my pistol that I'd like to enter, but it's not official that way. Kinda like pulling a stunt on free time is different than during the X-Games. I'm a target saver. I list the firearm, date and distance on all my paper.
So before we do our official run. We'll post up.

and badasz. I might not be able to do the 100yd until the end of Jan. so, like i was saying. no tight time limits. which can be very beneficial for some of us. Not me, because I'm not able to practice. The HP rifle I'm thinking about useing is to make a point, and not yet even in my possession.

And this is just for fun. bragging rights.

TweetIm down man i won't be able to do any of them until late dec early jan. I have never shot my 308 yet so we will see what happens. What kinda groups are we gonna do. typically a high power group is 3-5 a 22 group is 5-10 and a pistol like 8 i guess. let me know guys

Those groups sound good James. (8rds) pistol sounds good. Which reminds me. No wheel guns. That'd be a different category there. It's semi-auto pistol. (5) for hi-power rifle sounds good. I'm game for whatever on the .22. I think 10 should definitely be max for .22.

My scope somehow disappeared from my .22, so I'll be useing iron sights.

yes, you're only as good as your word. That'd be lame to do.
that said though. There's something to be said about having a couple bad runs. Then you cut the distance in half where you know you can put all 8 through 1 hole...might get tempting...All about word and trust though geantlemen. I know we got men of good word in this, that would rather place their shots from where it's at and let it lay where it lay. That'd be tiny to mark it 21' and know you stood at 12'. None of us could do it. If we wanted it bad enough. There's round 2.
Think about it. You get as many runs as you want. You just have to post, shoot, and post the paper in the same day. But if somebody's on a weekend outing away from the computer. Again, it's their word.

I know how I group. I know how people group I shoot with. We have good runs, and bad ones, but you can always tell my paper from the dude I'm shooting with. Not saying I'm better, but I'm just saying people shoot how they shoot. Until you get to that full mag into 1 big finger/2-3finger hole. Then it's difficult to tell the style. But you always have a flyer. or flyers in my case.lol...
I just think shyt like this is fun as hell. Good clean competition. Nothing's on the table but bragging rights. for the time being at least
