here's what's happened, and going down imho

a. we funded the mujhadeen to defeat soviets, ie, we were the funding for insurgents, then when soviets left, we left, a vaccum was created, and taliban jumped in along with alquida

b. we invaded, got distracted

c. our funding of pakistan has totally de-stabilized pakistan, pakey is in worst shape than ten years ago, seems all that money we gave them corrupted the folks at the top, they used and abused us as we went to iraq and ignored afganistan

d. so here we are, we are putting in a ton of troops, it's basically a gambit, afganies, pakistaniies, you get your poop together, we will be here and help, you don't, we're gone and you are all on your own, and we all take our chances


He was pretty clear imho, and correct, military power ain't crap without economic power.
He has too balance 30-40 spinning plates.

Whoa whoa whoa. Now I'm CERTAINLY no fan of Obama and I hate the fact that he's president too, but be realistic here. You can't honestly say that he has ruined the country. The country has been falling apart since 1913. Previous administrations a just as much, if not more, to blame. Obama is definitely not doing anything good to help the country, but it's not his fault the country is ruined, he's just another contributor to the already existing problem. And this really isn't a party issue. Th repubs had the reigns for the past 8 years and did a HORRIBLE job. And now it's the dems turn to do just as bad a job. Go watch it again if you taped it and watch his eyes and they direction he goes in every few seconds again that always tells. Bro, you can't change decades worth of problems in 1 year. Now, does that mean we should cut him some slack?
