TweetNah - it was an old 1980 Chevy Citation.
This was about 17 years ago when I drove across country to meet up with a girl I was dating.
Long story but quite a good one.
Maybe when I have more time! LOL!!

Tweetgreat advice.
Was that car, by any chance, a chrysler/dodge product?

Tweetright on. I ask because I had a brand new Dodge truck that by 26k miles, I think it was, the front ball joint just fell apart on the floor when the guy pulled the bolt out of it. It happened to 3 different Dodge trucks that I knew of in the company. These were all trucks though. You could tell when the front end was shot because it would get sloppy and pull all over the road. deadly. The techs in Kentucky that worked on one couldn't believe that I had made it from Atlanta like that.
Tweetyeah ill get it all taken care of.. we contacted an attorney yesterday. he said the same stuff document everything keep records.
I had a 71 skylark gs a few years ago. that car was bad. i came with a 350 and 3 speed on the tree. I cahnged it out to a chevy 350 bored .30 over and a turbo 400 trans.... I couldnt find any buick parts so i had to rebuild her chevy.

Tweetholy crap bro...like the others had said, it could have been alot worse. WTF passing on the right!!!what freakin country was this lady from?
take the advise above and document. worst case scenario this may take some time to settle and time is exactly what the insur company wants. thinks you'll forget some parts and/or settle just to get it over with.
do the therapy, as i am now, very important
good luck and keep us posted
Tweetyeah, follow sal's advice, numbness can get much worse over time very slowly
imho, i'd document what you feel everyday from the moment you were hit, this way if it ever comes to it, there's nothing than can poke holes in
TweetGlad to hear that you ok.
You have to watch those insurance companies. They want to go ahead and settle so they don't have to pay out any more than they have too.
Tweetyep. they'll try to throw money at you as fast as they can when they learn of your injuries. They want the case closed asap...as cheap as possible.
Tweettotal damage to the bike was $2,958

Tweetisn't it something how fast a little damage can tally up. Just the plastic alone can total a bike.
