TweetHey all! We are getting a new diet program at the gym called Diets to Go. Training is next week. Anyone ever used it or heard of it? The other gym in MD uses is and has done well with it. I think it will do well with my PT clients as the majority of them are looking to lose weight. Just looking for anyone's experience or advice.

Tweetthere has been a large increase in these pre-prepped meals. like the Seattle Sutton or Nutri-systems. The menu looks good but i feel that 1600 calories is pretty low for an active fit person. I also like to have my clients eat more times a day and eat before they are hungry but portion size... this is more of a 3 square meals a day type plan.
