squating in the rack...was trying to do as many stes of 225 x 15 reps that i could...it was on the 4th or 5th set that i went down on the 5th or 6th rep and thaught i was coming up, but i wasnt...i was pinned to the floor with 225 on my shoulders....this little stick guy came over and helped get it off. that would been fine but the, "maybe you should stick with a weight you can handle and not go so heavy" comment, from the little fukin etheopian kid, i coulda done without.
