Michael Jackson, just like every other pedophile, had a certain age he liked, then he was done with them. He also chose children from poverty. I took note of that as well.....trying to make them look distraught for the TV. From what i understand, michael was not close to many of his brothers.

If it was my child - then yes, I would care. But it wasn't I don't know a single person who was even remotely connected with him or his family and I grew up 8 blocks from him.
He lived on Jackson St and I grew up on Lincoln St in Gary, IN and I still don't have any connection to the guy.

The media will continue to make this "news" as long as people pay for it - but it has absolutely ZERO to do with most anyone in the majority populace.
So he had talent - OK enjoy his music and dancing.
So he was a pedophile - OK don't let your kid around him.
Does any of it really matter? So what if some people say he was less than perfect - does their opinion really change how another person should feel? NO.
It's just their opinion and nothing more.

Again - if there was a personal relationship with him - then sure I can see why it would matter to that person.
