Actually I resided in the house with my Wife before. Presently we had packed and now situated in the West Africa for a program called Empowering Youth to Fight Racism, HIV/AIDS, Poverty and Lack of Education. The program is taking place in three major countries in Africa which are Rep.of Benin,South Africa and Nigeria. We won't be coming to the House until Five years from now. I decide we should better look for a responsible person or family to occupy and take care of our properties until we are back home since we will not be back until 5 years so long term or short term lease will be acceptable by me.
