TweetGreat pictures Dzone! I went to tons of concerts there when I was younger, (well those that I can remember)

Before I got injured I was planning on going their on Saturdays to run the stairs, and they actually have a bootcamp class that someone teaches a couple of times a week. I guess its an amazing class, and literally kicks your butt!

But, thats probably not in my future for awhile, you should look into it tho! I will try to find the link for you.

My pleasure Dzone! I havent looked thru the slide show yet, I just looked at the workout and a few of the pictures. And yes, you are right, this WILL be my goal, to do that class dang it! And you can join me! LOL
