Tweetbeen away from it for a while, but I freakin love it! You come out feelin soo excellent. Its exhilarating. was trainin in an MMA gym and the first hour was on our feet and the second hour was grappling. I hated grappling so I stopped that after the first class and just kick boxed..rolling around on a mat with a sweaty guy just is a major turn off to me..LOL...I wrestled in high school and I absolutely hated it...
