TweetWell this is the 2nd time I had to bring my Dell computer in to best buy to get it fixed. This time it was the hard drive. They replaced it with a new one so its kinda like I got a new computer. By law if your computer has to go in 4 times with hardware problems you get a new computer.

TweetNext time tell them you just want a brand new PC!!! That is ridiculous. I guess quality control was not working that day when that computer was put together.

TweetI had to do a total upgrade myself....complete nightmare. I put in a new motherboard with a quad core processor, new HD, new power supply and new RAM. Once I finally got all my programs installed it is awesome. The thing is so fast I have yet to be able to get it to freeze up...lol....I've been trying. With my new business I do a lot of photography and work with some photos in the 35 MB range. I'll take several of those and merge them together and the program eats up a ton of memory, but the Quad handles it with no problem.
I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.
