What are you thankful for?

I am thankful for a wonderful husband and my beautiful daughters. Also for two of the most loving and wonderful parents anyone could ask for.

I wish I had some for you. We just got very lucky is all. Ours was for sale for 6 months. We try selling it ourselves for awhile and actually had a buyer but their bank pulled out them at the last minute. So then we put it with a realtor and in 2 weeks it was gone. A couple came late one evening, loved it and we had a contract signed the very next day. The people paid cash, didn't even try to get the price down. They just loved the place and wanted it. That right person just has to come along. And it's getting harder and harder to find that person.
I hope that person comes along for you soon.
