And I don't mean little this and that, like this dumb ass can't figure out things enough that his little ideas change the whole infrastructure everytime he swaps it up. It's called wishy-washy. Wishy washy people shouldn't run a fukin ink pen. How the hell these people make it to management, I don't know. But this guy's the same way as your guy that don't like for anyone to out think him. I'm a note taker. I write shyt down, so I take a notepad into every meeting, of coarse. And our little group has a meeting every morning. Well a few months ago this dipshyt decided to jump my shyt for doing something how he'd forgot he said it to be done. I made my point and flipped right to the page and date of the meeting and said, "oh, here's where I must have misunderstood you." needless to say, he didn't care for that.
I could go on, but I'll spare ya. I just figured after that episode that it'd be best to get along, just be a 'yes man', and try and out last the dumb ass. Because I've learned in his 39yrs in the business, the reason he isn't retired is because he don't stay with any one company for more than a few years. fuk head
