Tweetdogs rule. i can't even think about when i'll have to put my babt gurl down. lost my two cats over the last year and a half and it sucked but nothing like it'll be for my beagle. sorry to hear dave =(
TweetMan that sucks, just had to put mine down last november. one of the saddest days ever--best wishes to you and your family
TweetI'm sorry to hear it. I think about that dog from time to time, wondering how he's doing. I love dogs, and ever since I saw that pic of him a while back, I've been concerned about him...just his age and all, know what I mean? The situation's inevitable when they get on up there around his age. It sounds like he had an excellent, great life with the family and all. I've had alot of dogs, and there are the ones that are really special. It sounds like Casey was definitely a great one. I hope the kids are okay. That makes it all the more difficult, huh bro?
Again man, I'm sorry about you and your family's loss.
Tweetthe younger kids are pretty fine...my daughter was a little shook up. i think my youngest boy was just crying becouse everyone else was.
my oldest is taking it pretty tuff. he was 3 when we got casey. they grew up together. he understands, but he's pretty bummed. i'm fine. he was pretty bad off at the end, so i know we did the right thing. it's weird though not hearing his nails on the hardwood floors...not seeing his food bowls. and i still find myself trying not to trip at 2am on the way to the can, lol

TweetHey bro, keep hangin in there. It does get a easier each day. I had Brando put down on march 11. this morning I was out putting more big rocks around his and bruno's grave site. It is still very surreal not to have dogs at my house anymore. I have my horses, and it helps to have them, but a horse can never replace a dog. No way. I feel your pain buddy.
Tweeti know what your saying...i grew up on a horse ranch...it's different. i know it'll be fine...just weird
