      this morning i woke up and just felt like i "couldnt" get out of bed.

      i have a heavy schedule at work today
      my back hurts when i am in the upright position
      my wife is mad at me for eating the last piece of chicken in the fridge
      i have to find a new place to train MMA
      i have close to 300 hours of leave time i never use

      i made all the excuses i could, not to get up.
      but here i am, showered and ready for work.

      **** why couldnt i stay in bed?

      i think maybe you need some you time bro take a nice 4 day weekend and use some of that leave time. rest eat some good food(notice i said good not healthy) just relax and get yourself back on track. Sounds liek you need a motorcycle bro a nice ride threw the country will fix everything

      as everybody said; take some time for you bro. Take it easy for several days. Reflect on everything, regroup, and relax. Go wet a line in the gulf every morning for a few days...whatever you think will be best and most relaxing and rewarding mentally for you. Then dive back into the normal life, but with a new lease on things.
